The Shelly BLU Motion Sensor (SBMO-003Z) is a compact Bluetooth motion detector designed for smart home automation. It features a built-in PIR sensor and a lux meter for light level measurement, enabling precise motion detection and energy-saving automation. The sensor operates on a CR2477 battery with up to 5 years of battery life, and it communicates via Bluetooth 4.2 with a range of up to 10 m indoors and 30 m outdoors. It supports two modes: regular mode (transmits on motion change) and beacon mode (transmits every 30 seconds). The sensor is compatible with the Shelly Smart Control app and does not require a hub.
