Returns & Refunds

Right of return. Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility — the product must be:

• Unopened — original packaging intact, seals unbroken
• Unused — no signs of installation, wiring or operation
• Unconfigured — never powered on, programmed, flashed or parameterised

Custom-assembled panels, configured devices and items with broken seals cannot be returned.

Return shipping. Return postage is paid by the customer in all cases, at standard Omniva rates (parcel machine or courier), shipped to: I Smart SIA, Komētas iela 32-4, Rīga, LV-1004, Latvia.

Refunds. After we receive and inspect the item, the product price is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
